Meagan Simmons, 28, was arrested on a DUI charge in July, 2010. Meagan is a good looking lady and her mug shot turned out like a glamor shot. The mugshot was printed by InstantCheckmate.com and became an overnight success. People started posting things like, “Guilt of taking my breath away” and “Arrested for breaking and entering your heart”. Her photo was on an Inside Edition television special about “hot” mug shots, she did interviews with the Huffington Post and the Daily Mail. However, enough was enough. This week Simmons filed a lawsuit against InstantCheckmate.com for using her picture for commercial and advertising purposes without compensating her or getting her permission. I guess this DUI just might turn out ok for Meagan!
In my opinion, former Oklahoma football coach Barry Switzer is a real asshole. Last week he called Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel an “arrogant little prick” on a St.Louis sports radio station. Come on Barry … you might not like the kid but to call him a prick? You’re supposed to be the classy old, pro and calling “Johnny Football” a prick shows no class. Yesterday Switzer stuck again! This time he told a Nashville, TN radio station he would never draft a white quarterback. His exact quote was, “I’ve always said I’d never recruit a white quarterback. The only way I’d ever recruit a white quarterback to play for me was if his mom and daddy would have to both be black, and that’s the only way I would do it.” Say What ??? Maybe it’s time for Barry to stop talking and retire … what an idiot!
Justin Pressler is a bad dude. This guy was arrested and convicted of stalking, harassment and burglary against his ex-girlfriend. He served a 6-month prison sentence and was put on ten years probation. He was ordered to have no contact with his ex. Here is the interesting part of Mr. Pressler’s story … since he couldn’t see or talk to her, Justin used Facebook to “poke” her. She brought the matter to her attorney and a Brazos County (Houston, Texas) judge banned him from unsupervised internet use and now he must wear a tracking device. Wow … how important is Facebook in today’s world?
